Tighten Up offers Personal Training and group training in our exclusive facilities in St Kilda, Melbourne. All Tighten Up personal trainers are fully qualified with extensive experience in the health and fitness field. All personal training sessions take place in our private studio in St KIlda where there are no other members so there is no waiting for equipment.

In the event that you need additional assistance from another health professional, Tighten Up will forge a collaborative partnership with these professionals to ensure that you achieve your goals as quickly and safely as possible. We have extensive experience working with osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists. Tighten Up has enjoyed great success in rehabilitative training.

Personal training sessions are available:
Monday – Thursday: 6am – 8pm
Fridays: 6am – 12pm
Saturdays: 8am – 1pm
Training outside of these hours can be accommodated upon request.
